Medicare EPC or Team Care plans
Full payment is required on the day. Medicare will rebate $56.00 back into your linked account which can be processed on the day if you have a valid Medicare card and your chosen bank account is linked to Medicare. Otherwise you will be given a receipt which you can claim online or in person at a Medicare office.
Please note there is an out of pocket cost as Medicare will only rebate $56.00 regardless of your appointment type.
TAC
Payments will be processed via TAC provided you have a letter of approval for osteopathic treatment and a valid claim number.
Work Cover
Payment is either made by the patient and claimed by them through their employer or invoiced to their employers chosen insurance company provided minimum payment thresholds have been met by the employer. A valid claim number and Letter of approval for osteopathic treatment is also required.
DVA
As of 1st July 2018 DVA raised its fees to cover the full payment for Cranfield Osteopathy. Eligibility is based on Gold or White Card status and other referral criteria apply, please call Jess to discuss.
